About Mary Ellen & this Adventure.

When Mary Ellen was in grade 6 she did a project on the Emperor Penguins – the biggest penguins around.

Ever since, traveling to the ends of the earth has been a dream/hope. For whatever reason, the stars seemed to align a few months ago, and here we are.

Turns out that, among other things, ME is an adventurer – metaphorically (i.e. learning and developing personally and professionally) and literally.

Treating most things as a grand experiment is something she learned about 20+ years ago from wise teachers. It’s an approach that makes it easier and more enjoyable to take risks and discover new things.

The Antarctica Adventure (and this blog) is kinda like that.

A wonderful client (and friend) blogged during his recent “if you can dream it you can do it” adventure and it was fantastic. Others are encouraging me to similarly share my expedition though it’s unlikely I’ll be as articulate or consistent as my friend (intermittent South Pole internet and all that).
